REFUND POLICY

Our rugs are shipped for free throughout Canada. They are also fully insured with our designated carriers. As we are now in the retirement sale period and our rugs are on super clearance we do not offer refunds however exchanges for the same cost can be made once the original rug has been returned to the warehouse. Please contact us by email to arrange an appointment. All rugs are fully inspected before shipment and we will contact you if there are any concerns or idiosyncrasies we discover with any of our hand-made rugs.

We will ship within Canada with 3 business days or notify you if there is any reason for a delay.
